Can you please provide a link to the gallery page which has the issue?
I tried to install again the plugin and insert 4 new photos, but same problem, I can´t see the thumbnails images but in plugin configuration I can see the thumbnails perfectly.

It looks like there is another plugin on your site which is hijacking the source URL for the thumbnails.
Try deactivating the “bj-lazy-load” plugin and check the gallery display again.
I´ve desactivated the lazy load plugin and now thumbnails are working, but the result have not been as expected. You can see in same link.

Looks like your theme is messing up the CSS a little. Please switch to a default WordPress theme, do you still see the CSS issue after that?
I’ve also noticed that your individual gallery page works properly:

The page you are referring to should not be displaying any “view photo” buttons. It should only display the thumbnails of each of the galleries you have configured on your site.
