Thumbnails Bad displayed Slideshow does not works

    Hello,

    I downloaded Latest version of NGG and Galleries now displays wrong, thickbox and slideshow does not works anymore.

    I already tried to:
    – disable all plug-ins
    – check site with different Browsers
    – Re-install NGG
    – Re-install Wp 3.9.2
    – Downgrade NGG to 2.0.66 and also to 1.9.13
    – Switch to default WP Theme

    Unforunately none of these actions worked to fix the problem.

    Furthermore I get White Page once i try to enter:

    Gallery Settings and Other Options in Admin.

    Don’t know what to do to have it working again 🙁

    @supertez – You might want to send us a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) with your site specifics so we can get a closer look at what might be happening on your site.

    We would need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report.

    ok, i Did it.

    there is also an update to the post, while triyng to figure out how to fix it, i discovered also that:

    – Import folder does not works.
    – Create Gallery works only if i enter Manage Gallery and do “Create gallery” from inside an already existent gallery.
    – When Plug-in is active, I can see buttons in visual editor JUST using Internet Explorer, but not the Nextgen Gallery Green Icon. When I disable it, Visual editor is back wit all buttons working also with Chrome and Firefox without any problems.

    Another update: I Updated the PHP version to 5.4.30 But has not solved the problem.
    Hope that sending Bug report as you suggested, will help to fix this problem.
