Thumbnail Slider Not working

Hello,

I can’t get the thumbnail slider to work. I created the shortcode with the Testimonial Shortcode. If I change it to List or grid it pulls the testimonials, but once I switch it back to thumbnail slider nothing work. Any suggestions?
