Thumbnail size and crop

    I’m baffled by setting the Thumbnail size. It seems that no matter what settings I use, the Thumbnails come out cropped to a square? All my setting are set to display a 5×4 ratio. I’m sure I’m missing something.

    I am so confused, but happy! I went to collect the screenshot and the page was different from what I was looking at on Sat. I swear I’m wasn’t abusing any substances but my screen now looks like the screen you showed in your record. I modified the setting and it now works as I’d expect. I can’t imagine what I was doing wrong assuming it was me.
