• Hi everyone,

I’ve tried this plugin, and it seems to be perfect for me.
I’m not a professionnel website designer at all as you’ll probably see.. but I just would like to know before to buy it, if it will be possible to serve scaled images for the thumbnail list specially (and keep my original pictures for the product page), so to not use CSS or HTML resizing as GTmetrix suggest to me :

“Console-Spirit-Live-DECIBEL-Occasions.jpg is resized in HTML or CSS from 800×600 to 178×134. Serving a scaled image could save 271.4KiB (95% reduction)”

I can create a copy of all my pictures resized in 178×134, but will I be able to add the two differents sizes pictures for my product, one as thumbnail’s view and the other as large view product?

    Thank you
    Best regards
    Laurent

    Hi Laurent,

There is no option in the plugin to use two different size images for a product in different places. You can, however, enable the Thumbnail Support setting (in the Basic area of the Options page), which will use a smaller size image where available.

Thank you for your answer, I’ve tried that and it works well !

I’ve got an issue with a not existing css file :
    plugins/ultimate-product-catalogue/js/catalogue-style-.js?ver=5.3.2

But I think it will be resolved when I’ll get my Premium access and choosing my own catalogue style so no worry. I’ve just paid the plugin 5minutes afo, I’m waiting for the email ;D

    Thank you

    Laurent
