    sorry for the delay. Could you make sure if on Vimeo side there’s a thumbnail correctly set?

    Hi Alberto, thank you for replying.
    Yes, the thumbnail is set in the Vimeo settings, I do that for every single video of my site.

    Any other idea?

    Hello @meling11,
    seems that Vimeo has changed something in the way that the video data is provided. We need to do some deep tests but this could take a while. Thanks for your patience.
