    Hi,

I was quite frustrate because of a very vague issue.

My site is an image/gif site, so there are lots of image thumbs for gifs/images. All thumbs work nicely, except thumbnails-of-gifs-post-on-mobile (yep, very specific problem). Responsive works when I resize browser window size.

Trying to debug all the logs but there seems to be no errors. This tiny problem drive me crazy 🙁

All necessary options in stateless turned on.

Thanks in advanced for your help.

    Thanks for the feedback!

Would you mind describing the steps to recreate this? The more detail the better! We can try recreating the situation on our end and figuring out what’s up.

    Hi,

    In the seting:
    – Stateless
    – Rewrite URL: enable
    – Delete GCS file: enable
    – Organization: enable
    – Cache-busting: enable

    I only run the option:
    – Regenerate all stateless images and synchronize Google Storage with local server

    Compatibility:
    – Dynamic Image Support: enable
    – Advanced Custom Fields Image Crop Addon: enable

Before activate the plugin with these options, the gifs thumbnail from posts still appear on mobile. After these steps, the gifs thumbnail don’t appear anymore.

    Thanks

@ronalddts It’s working for me on Chrome browser of Android Oreo.
    Which browser/phone you tested on?
And the GIF is actually video.

    I tested on Safari (iphone7/ipad).

And yes, for small mp4 vids, my web show them into gif type (no conversion).

I cant see your screenshot. Can you please check it?

    Thanks

This is so weird. These are devices that I tested
    – Ip 4-7 (safari, chrome, firefox, opera)
    – Ipad (same)
    – Android emulator (chrome, firefox)

None of that can see the thumbnails

    Do you have any ideas?

    Hello @ronalddts

Tried to replicate your issue on my mobile device, which is Samsung S3. I noticed just word GIF instead of the GIF – https://screencast.com/t/UuuDfQWp2

But after I clicked on that word, video start showing itself

Do you have the same behavior? Can you provide screenshots?

    Regards.

    Hi,

I have exactly the same behavior as yours. Normally, there will be thumbnail with the word gif. When apply all the stateless options as I mentioned, the thumbnail is gone.

    Thanks

@ronalddts Do you set the thumbnails manually?
Can you show me a version where thumb working? It will be better if I can access both same time.
