Thumbnail does not display

Hi Guys,

Just installed the free plugin, everything installed correctly and the plugin works fine, except my thumbnails are not displaying. Showing a “NO THUMB” black icon.

Do I have to manually associate a thumbnail to each post or does this script automatically pick out an image within the post?
