Thumbnail and gallery upload error

Hi,
I have several problems with this plugin:

1) click on add gallery – set name, add files and start uploading… ok files are uploaded but there is a massage that 0 images were uploaded.

then check your galleries – every picture is in a single gallery – all of them are named same but everyone has only one image (so 70images for upload = 70 new galleries)

2) Thumbnails are not working for newly uploaded files… it is really disapointing… please fix this!
