    When I looked at your site (6:54 pm, Mountain time), your child theme’s stylesheet was empty; it didn’t have any of the identifying information that typically appears. At the bare minimum, you need Theme Name: and Template:, which contains the name of the parent theme:

    /*
Theme Name: Baskerville Child
Template: baskerville
*/

    Note that capitalization matters in the Template: line.
