The plugin itself suggests the $150. It appeared to me that paying that was the only way to get support.
Not here is it doesn’t. The plugin here is supported by the community in the support forums for free.

I closed that thread because it was being used to contact people off the site and that topic was heading into offering to pay. It’s a thing that can be abused and no one wants this forum to become a place where people fish for work.
If you want to use the free non-commercial support in these forum then please explain what you’ve tried and what broke when you did. I do not know if the author will chime in but someone else may be able to assist you.
My thread about my site disappearing when I used the plugin explained. I got NO responses. The author clearly does not support his work, it appears, without remuneration.
And other users are either overwhelmed with the need for support, or not interested in helping people with little computer know how.
look at the questions that have no replies, at all. There are a LOT of them.
I did find it amusing in another forum where the moderator closed my thread and in his profile he was offering to answer and resolve similar problems… for PAY.

There’s nothing in my profile or on my site that indicates I’m for hire let alone looking for pay to answer questions.
Not this Forum. I said “another forum”.
It was, however, another WordPress forum.
We have no control over what moderators in other forums do – or do not do.
I’m just making an observation about moderation and motivations.
Your observations have nothing to do with these forums.
