This site is in maintenance mode

I have a multisite
http://www.aaaaa.com
http://www.bbbbb.com
http://www.ccccc.com

one of it shows “This site is in maintenance mode” in the login page,
the other two shows nothing.

There is no .maintenance in the root folder.
What reason can be considered?
