This plugin is not working

Hi, the Contact Form is not working.
I’m not receiving the emails sent through it.
Once it worked perfectly.

Then an error message is reported:
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Additionally, a 400 Bad Request error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
