This plugin causes wrong avatars

Hello, recently I found out that this plugin causes wrong avatars.
For example, please see screen capture below,

This is an incorrect avatar which the image url is:
http://graph.facebook.com/1253926987978927/picture?type=large
And I don’t know whom this facebook graph belongs to.
The issue is fixed only when I turn off this plugin.
Would you please help with this? Thank you so much.
