    Dear
I am not sure to understand how to work your plugin.
I’ve installed but I don’t see all the options as you put in the screenshots. Please take a look here

I want to try your plugin but I don’t know how to work.
I’ve created in my posts a category “professional” as parent category and each speciality is a child category (like lawyer, doctor, nurse, engineer, architect, etc)

But I don’t see how to select an specific “category”. I mean, I don’t see the dropdown for doing that.

I am using version 1.0.6 of your plugin over WP 4.3.1.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?
    Thanks

    Hey Bemoore
    Just two question
What are “Custom Index” and “Template” fields for?
Could you provide some example or uses of them?
Best regards and thanks for replying.

Sorry to bother you again but it still doesn’t work for me.
I’ve installed your plugin in this temporally site but no matter what letter I click I always get the same results.
Could you take a look in my site?

The short code I am using is:
    [azindex content="true" filter="title" posttype="post" category="arquitectos"]

    Thanks in advanced

    Hi,

I can’t see any obvious problem. This is a page, right? Not a category listing?

It is probably an incompatible theme in that case.

Any further support would require you to purchase a licence for this plugin.

    Hey Bemoore.
Yes, it’s something we will do however I want to be sure the plugin works as expected.
The BEMO A-Z Index shortcode is placed in a page and also I changed the theme to ‘Twenty Eleven’ but I get same results.
In summary, I click any letter but the plugin display always the same results. Shouldn’t it display the results with letter that I picked?
    I appreciate your help.
    Best regards

    Hi Bemoore
Have you been able to take a look in my site?
Right now, I have disabled all the plugins except yours but it still doesn’t work.
Your plugin shouldn’t display the posts with the letter that I pick? If it’s so, I can’t achieve it works.
I’ll be grateful if you can take a look.

    Hi,

As I said this is custom support, since there is some quirk with your site preventing this working, which is chargeable. Sorry I can’t help you further with this.

    Hi,

I found a bug, and it relates to content generation in the way you are doing it. Maybe you can try updating to 1.0.7 and see if it it fixes your problem.

    Best regards,

    Bob
