I tested it for 70% and got message:
“Your offered price 18€ is too low for us.
The best we can do for you is 20.23€. Do you accept?”

I clicked Yes and the product in cart had price 28,89.

It worked fine when I set a fixed minimum price.

Sorry, but I cannot buy a product which is not tested by developer.

Note: To use it as marketing tool I would need to see what customers have offered. It is not there.

Another bug: when I use your button on a variable product without selecting a variation it adds the main product to the cart – no variation. Such product cannot be accepted. I am using WC variations.
This plugin needs lots of testing.

I am seeing a lot of Javascript errors on the browser console. Screenshot:

Javascript is also deferred. Probably from the cache plugin. Can you disable the Cache plugin for a moment and let us know so we can check?

For the record, the issue was happening because individual bargain price was not entered for each variation.
