I apologize you feel that way! This form of communication is reserved for the Envira Lite however. If you would like to log into your Envira account to open up a support ticket to request a refund you can certainly do that as well.
Or just submit a basic question through our contact form and someone will respond as soon as we receive your ticket.

For the lazy, the Op was complaining about the automatic renewal for pro versions that you need to opt out of before your anniversary date. Or you can keep getting regular updates to stay compatible with current WP versions and get bug fixes, depends on how much you use it and how broken it might get without updates.

You can of course choose the cancel the subscription at any time through your account or through our support. That doesn’t mean your galleries or albums will stop working. It just means that you would no longer receive the updates for the plugins (bug fixes, enhancements etc), the ability to download any addons from your Envira Account >> Downloads tab or support.
