Thesis Theme : Vertical line & Box shadow

Please check our website, there is a vertical line that showed up on the page after editing the design options for thesis theme. I didn’t edit any file.

And I would also like to ask how to put a box shadow on the image beside the video, the file is customs_function.php so it is very difficult to edit.
