• I reached out to SureFeedback support on 5th December, and I got an automated reply saying they have received my ticket, but I didn’t get any reply.

    Later, on 8th December, I left a message on Brainstorm Force’s website (parent company of SureFeedback) about my ticket from 5th December, and I got an automated reply saying they got my message. But I didn’t get a reply again.

    On the same date (8th December), I left a support ticket here on the SureFeedback plugin page on WordPress.org, but didn’t get any response.

    Now, I am writing this review on 9th December.

    ProjectHuddle was a great plugin with great support by Andre Gagnon. Brainstorm Force bought it and just put it aside. What a waste of a good plugin!

    @dpandya, I submitted a ticket via the link you shared. Here are the screenshots of the automated replies I got:

    The email from SureFeedback states my ticket number is 1248019. And I can see this ticket when I login to help.brainstormforce.com.

    Anyways, I have submitted another ticket. Hopefully, you guys will see the ticket this time around! The new ticket number is 1252302.
