Hello @tuomosgames
Hope you are doing well!
I’ve checked your site with online Check-Up tool and could not reproduce this error. It looks like a temporary issue, however, if it will show up again, please make sure no other plugin is causing this; Run a quick test for a conflict with another. It’s always better to create a full site backup before doing this or perform the test on a staging copy of the site.
To run a test for a conflict, please deactivate all plugins, besides SmartCrawl and run a CheckUp test.
Let us know how it went!
Kind regards,
Nastia
Hello Nastia, thanks for your reply.
I actually disabled Smartcrawl and switched on YoAST because it didn’t function and I couldn’t run a test on it again since the red error didn’t go away from the plugin and I couldn’t find a way to do another Smartcrawl search when it did the error, esentially softlocking the plugin for me.
Hello there @tuomosgames,
I’m really sorry about that. As WP Checkup page was capable to crawl your homepage, then this should have been happening due to a conflict with another plugin or server limitations. If you want to give this another try, then I’d advise to first enable WP_DEBUG in order to check for any relevant errors and if that doesn’t get anywhere then perform a conflict test around.
