There is no effect

I am trying to use this plugin. But after installing the plugin, then I create one hashtag, sample : #onlinebusiness on wp edit, and click update.

I opened the page that must scroll down to read the bottom post. After I clicked the hashtag, there was no effect than just I lost the scroll page that means I could not scroll down to the page anymore
