Themes not changing

    So I tried to do a child theme and when I went to customize with the built in customizer it nothing happened. So I switch back to the parent. Nothing happened. So I tried a new theme, and same thing. It always stays on the default settings of the orginal parent them. How can I solve this?

    Ok strange, it just changed after I put my out of service page up. But now it wont change back to my original home screen. Seems to have a lag in the upload. Any idea what is going on.
