The payment method you choose for your site has nothing to do with your theme only the ecommerce platform you are using. Generally plugins like WooCommerce will have a number of payment methods you can accept. It really depends on your country and business requirements. PayPal is usually a good starting point for most new online stores.

WooCommerce includes support for PayPal out of the box although you will need to create and setup your own PayPal account. For other providers you usually have to buy the additional plugins.

WooCommerce only allows you set a single currency by default.
