Theme,Custom Community has caused problem

We installed custom Community theme a few days ago in our site http://www.wezeshatz.org then after a few days the Dashboard stopped working.
We have tried all the wasy we can to restore the functions but is not working.
When I go to the control panel to view files it tells me to install wordpress but when I command install it asks for a password and when I enter the username and password it tells me wordpress is installed

So what to I do to recover word press, because it looks like WORDPRESS is the problem here
