I’m working on fixing the placement of the Phone number on the Responsive layout.css.
I created the correct CSS, put it in the correct location, and style.css is overwriting the Responsive Theme’s layout.css.

It seems like the Theme’s style.css is overwriting the layout.css. I opened the theme’s header.php file and moved the link css call to the bottom of the head, and nothing changed. Still getting overwritten by a later call to style.css.

I don’t understand this problem. Why/where is the style.css called later than the layout.css? It looks like it’s called earlier in the Theme’s header.php.
Can you help me fix this?

I solved this using the sloppy way, with !important tags and position: inherit.
Not an elegant solution, but a solution.
