Theme/Capabilities/Widgets oh my!

Hi there,
I have a bare bones outline in my minds eye for a structure for a website I want to create. I was hoping to get some help along the lines of what theme(s) and widgets might be able to fit the bill for the scope of my project.

Ideas for theme(s)that would:
1:translate well onto mobile devices.(portrait format?)
2:be tailored for a photo driven social networking structure.
3:have a refined way of incorporating google maps/directions
4:easily meshed with Paypal
5:something akin to the photo feature on Craigslist when using a search inquiry
6:something where people can text via: the site and app.
7:something where one can sign-up and create a profile
8:something where one could pay for a non-advertising experience
9:something that would display advertising nicely while still maintaining a strong visual presence.
10:something that has the option for nice public thread element to it.

A lot to digest I know, but any insight and help you can give me would be very much appreciated.
