Theme ZIP files not installing

    I am having trouble installing third-party theme ZIP files on a new WordPress install.
    When I upload the ZIP file, I get a WordPress Failure Notice page with the message:
    Are you sure you want to do this?
    Please try again.

    I have used these theme ZIP files on other WordPress installations with no problem.

    Do I need to reinstall WordPress?
