[Theme: zeeLinear] Logo padding and menu issues

I’ve noticed that when I widen the browser window, the menu at the top disappears eventually, and there’s no padding over or under the logo (which is a behaviour I intended by removing line 134 from the css, the menu still disappears even with the line present).
Is there any way to fix this weird issue?
