Theme Works only when logged in

    Hi,

    I have a problem with my template, if i log in as the administrator and visit the website it works perfect.
    http://www.catamarantourspanama.com

    But when i log out and try to access as a visitor it only displays a html page with a bg image.

    It was working correctly before, dont know what could it be..

    Plz help
