Theme update failed

Hi!
I’m novice with WP. I’m trying to manualy update my theme, but get a strange error:
“Unpacking the package…Installing the theme…
Destination folder already exists. /home/*****/public_html/wp-content/themes/classifieds/
Theme installation failed.
”
I’m stuck and need help with it.
