• Also siliconrunproductions.com. On Silicon Run’s site, the mobile menu doesn’t fold back all the way.

On Jim’s site the mobile menu doesn’t unfold at all.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi
It looks like you have made some changes to the header file.
The HTML on Jim’s site does not match the HTML that the theme outputs.

For example, the word “Menu” is not the text of a button that is meant to open the menu on narrow screens, it is inside a heading (H2) element.

The other site you tried to link to does not exist so I can’t test it.

I’m so sorry, I did give you an incorrect link. The correct link is: https://siliconrun.com/

I will explore the info you provided about the header on Jim’s site tomorrow. Thanks so much for this!

Hi Carolina, I replaced the header.php file in my child Simone with the header.php file from your brand new Simone update, and… the mobile menus work! Okay, well, I did lose changes to the title-box styling that I had included in my old child theme header.php. So I just replaced that little section in the new header.php (around line 44) with my own title box div code — and now everything works AND looks great on both sites. Yay!!! Thank you for taking the time to update this old theme, and thank you for your reply above that pointed me in the right direction for this final tweak. Both my sites are now working and looking fine running on Simone 2.2.1.
