[Theme: Twenty Fifteen] Toggle desktop sidebar

    Hello,
    I’m working on a Twenty Fifteen child theme, and I’d like the default view on desktop to hide the sidebar.
    Isn’t the sidebar and mobile menu the same component?
    To just bring back .secondary-toggle doesn’t seem enough and I’m starting to realise that this seem to require a lot of workarounds to get what I want.

    My idea was just to position the expanded mobile menu to the left and style it to look like the default sidebar. So the menu toggle would work for both desktop and mobile.

    Any ideas on how to do this?
