Theme that includes comment threads on index page?

I realize this is an odd theme, but a client is asking for a page which would have the posts and comments all on the same page. In other words, the index page would look like:

Post 1
All Post 1 comment threads displayed
—
Post 2
All Post 2 comments threads displayed
—
Post 3
All post 3 comments threads displayed

I don’t remember any theme like that – though that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist among the more than thousand out there.

Actually no I’m not being paid whoami. this is pro bono. Still called a “client” though. All I’m looking for is an existing theme that might be out there that someone else has seen, that my searches have not turned up as of yet. If not, end of story.

The question itself is not inappropriate, I guess.

Some helpers, however, get upset when so-called “pros” are asking here for free help while they are paid for the job they are doing. It happens too often, and I think the word “client” triggered the reaction above.
