how increase container

    I’ve a problem with the footer or container on my website. It is too low on my homepage and links. The footer is correct on my contact page. I think my container is too large.
    With Firefox I found this : <div id=”content” class=”cf site-content” style =”height : “786px”> Where in my WordPress code, can I change the px to 650px?

    Did you check to see if you added a spacer after your data on that page. If not see if there are any lines below or above the data. Delete the blank lines to adjust the footer.

    Now the footer is visible. But I want the footer a little bit higher. I want to change the height of de content in the style.css.
    How can I solve this?
