[Theme: studiofolio] QMT plugin not working on main menu

I can’t get the Query Multiple Taxonomies plugin working on the main menu of http://demo.undsgn.com/studiofolio/

I believe these (https://github.com/scribu/wp-query-multiple-taxonomies/wiki/Changing-templates) are the instructions to making QMT work with various themes, but I’m not sure and I don’t know how to do step 3.

Would really appreciate some help. Thank you in advance.
