[Theme: Stargazer] Resize toggle menu

When i resize the browser, my secondary menu becomes a toggle menu.
I’m trying to keep it all in one line like it would on desktop view.

I’m trying to figure out where to change the code so that when i resize the page the menu doesn’t collaps in a dropdown menu.

Also when resizing the page, my banner image dissapears.
I have a logo located in the banner, and therefor need it when resizing for mobile format.
