Theme "sight" have locked functions?

Hello guys , i have created a blog with the theme “sight” this:https://sightdemo.wordpress.com/

So i created a test site and the yellow horizontal bar with the feed of the posts don’t apears in the edition of the template, is this a locked function??This is a premiun function or something like that, because i really need it in my blog!

I use Free account and the online version of wordpress, you guys can help me??
