Shuttershot Sidebar and menu issues

Hello, i’m using the Shuttershot theme for my website :

There are some things i’d like to change but i don’t know how :/
– Remove the black block behind the logo, to make the whole menu bar entirely transparent.
– Center the menu’s items
– Remove the sidebar, it takes a uselesse space on the right of every article :/
– And finally, is there a way to put my logo on bottom center of every page ?
