Theme Settings are not Backing Up!

    I am using Newspaper X premium wp theme, i noticed that, after restoring my site backup, the theme settings are not restoring.
    They are staying on the sane setting before restoring.

    Hi @odommo

    This can be a database service problem. So please first go to WPvivid settings > Advanced settings > Choose PDO in Database Access Method > Save Changes, then take a backup and restore again.

    If the issue still persists, we will need to know the location where the theme’s settings is stored to identify it.
