When you say you have the page title text set to white, what setting did you alter to tweak the page title? I’m not seeing a customizer option for the page titles.

So I went ahead an changed the page background color to a lighter color. What was happening is, I was using the color that the menu and footer are using. Since it’s a dark color, I had to change the page title to white text so that it could be seen. The customizer I used is the one the comes with the Primer theme. When I setup this site a few months back, it worked fine. Then when updates came out, I noticed page title went from white to a darker color #353535. I thought maybe something changed in the customizer so I went back in and checked it was still showing white. I tried changing to another color and the text would not change. I then tried changing the theme color using one of the stock color themes and still, the text color would not change.
