Theme page column change

    I am using a Free WP Dining theme at http://www.dsmarketcrow.com. I would like to change the Menu page to a single page but this theme does not offer it. I also have been using the WP 2011 and 2010 theme that allow me to go back to one column. I think the theme is great so do not want to change that. Any help or suggestion appreciated.
