Theme Options Window error

    When I click on “Theme Options”, a different window shows up. This is what comes up “Welcome to zeeNews
    First of all, the number of options might alarm you, but don’t panic. Everything is organized and documented well enough for you.”. Can anybody help me fix this problem.
