    Hello,

I am attempting to update the “Theme Options” such as slider images, text, etc, but the “Save Options” button is not working. I tried reinstalling 4.1 as well as Restore Defaults, but nothing seems to fix this. Any suggestions?

Love the Enigma Theme! Thanks for your help!

  • Hey there OneManPress,

    Hope you’re well! 🙂

Can you try disabling all your plugins temporarily? Also please add this code to your functions.php because I think the bootstrap.js is not linked correctly.

    wp_enqueue_script('bootjs', WL_TEMPLATE_DIR_URI .'/js/bootstrap.js');

    Hope it helps! 🙂

    Take care,
    Calvin

    Hello Calvin,

Thanks for the assistance. I tried disabling all plug ins but this didn’t work. Not sure where to place the code in the function.php though. Tried a few places, but nothing seemed to work. I may scrap the entire host and start fresh, but really trying to avoid that is possible.

Anyone else using the Enigma Theme having issue attempting to Save “Theme Options”?

    Hey there

    Hope you’re well! 🙂

Not sure where to place the code in the function.php though

At the bottom of functions.php will be fine. I suggest you try to temporarily use another theme that have a theme option. try modifying some options then save it. If the changes have been saved then there is something wrong with Enigma theme.

Looking forward for your reply! 🙂

    Take care,
    Calvin

@onemanpress: what version you are using ?

I completely removed WordPress and re-installed. Able to save now. However since updating to the newest Enigma theme version, cannot update the slider, service options #2 and #3. Will an update be released soon to fix this?

    Hello

Yes one JS is missed and we have fixed this issue.

The Version 1.8 will be LIVE soon( Might be tomorrow).

    Thanks for having patience.

    Thanks

    Hello Weblizar,

    Thank you for the reply…

Updated to 1.8 and now Theme says it is Broken – “Missing Stylesheet”.

I want to upgrade to Premium however these errors have me concerned.

@oneman : your connection speed might cause this problem. Please download and install 1.8 version of Enigma theme manually.

    Thanks
