• Hello WP world,

I’m using WP 4.1 in Safari 8.0.2 on my Mac Pro with Yosemite (latest vers).
Also using MAMP 3.0.7.3 as well. That is also giving me a “another software is using port 8888” error message for which I’ve looked and can’t find a solution either.

I’ve installed the Total theme from Foresttheme as well as a few plugins.

The theme options panel is greyed out. I can’t access it from there nor the customizer.
It was there once when I started before and now it’s greyed out.

I contacted the theme developer, but I don’t think it’s the theme as I’ve switched to the various default themes (2015, 2014, 2013 etc…) and the panel is still greyed out.

I’ve reset the browser cache and rebooting Safari and Mac Pro. Same thing happens.
Also deactivated all plugins and restarted them 1 by 1, but the problem persists no matter what.

TIA for any help. I’m going a little nuts here as I’m finally ready to finalize my site. I have 5 or 6 pages created and would like to update the theme accordingly before I add the last few items on my 2DO list.

    Cheers,
    Brian

For that I took a screenshot of the panel greyed out.

    Hello Brian,

Could you paste the screen-shot link here? Also, if you can switch the theme preferably to default and see if the issue is resolved?

    Hi Adeelsami,

    Sorry…bit of a noob here:

I don’t know how to paste a screenshot link? I thought I had copied it from Dropbox, but that didn’t seem to work 🙁

Also, I’ve switched the themes to the various year default themes, but can’t see if there’s a different default theme?

    Thanks
    Brian
