i just try to instal evolve theme and theme options missing i have my site is http://laughinghive.com/ need help fast 🙁

You need to install the reduzframework plugin as prompted in your WordPress admin.

Theme Options is not allowed on wordpress.org theme. May be theme options managed by Customizer.
Find the info https://ideas.reduxframework.com/campaigns/complete-customizer-integration/

For theme customization,
Go to Appearance > Customize
You will find the options for theme customization.
