    I cannot touch the theme option section any of the features

    Update your theme and all plugins that came with the theme. See your theme’s changelog here: https://doc.casethemes.net/consultio/#section-theme-changelog

    If you need help with this, please contact your Consultio theme’s vendor here: https://casethemes.ticksy.com/

    As the Consultio theme you’re using is a commercial product, we’re unfortunately not able to install it and offer any assistance beyond this.

    Thanks for you reply. all the plugins and theme are up to date with latest versions of it already.

    Currently am facings this error

    You didn’t provide your site address… but look closely at the very error message you posted:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function execute() on null in /home/gk2a3ulh769a/public_html/wp-content/themes/consultio/inc/classes/class-css-generator.php:89

    The “fatal error” breaking the site points to the Consultio theme.

    So if you have the latest version (which should be 3.2.3) and the latest versions of WordPress and all plugins… but you’re still seeing the error, then please contact your theme’s vendor for assistance as I previously recommended.

    There’s nothing we can do here to help you fix a broken theme when we don’t even have access to the theme’s code. The folks who built and sold this commercial theme should be in the best position to help you fix any issues you have with the product you purchased from them.
