Theme not updating

I’m updating an image in my header file and I’m not seeing the chances take place. I’m via the the themed editor. I removed the code for the old image and added in my new image.

I cleared my browser cache and refreshed the page. The old image is still showing there. I opened the page code and it’s coded as the old image. It has been 12 hours since I made the code change.

Does this have something to do with my site’s cache not being refreshed? Is there a plugin for that or something I can be doing differently?
