Have you deactivated all your plugins? If you have caching plugins clear those caches before you deactivate.

Not to sound stupid but how would i clear the caches of specific plugins. Also if there is one that is for a gallery will this delete all the pictures its holding?

Do you have a caching plugin to begin with? Otherwise don’t worry about clearing your plugin caches.
Deactivating your gallery plugin shouldn’t delete your gallery images, you can do a backup first if you want: http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

I deactivated everything and it still is doing the same thing any other ideas?

when you go to the url it is originally the theme as it was before i did anything.
Is this one URL in particular?

notice how the words are oddly spaced and messed up now. Would you have any idea how to get it back?
