Theme not showing in Internet Explorer

    I cannot get the theme to show in Internet Explorer no matter what version I selected. In Internet Explorer 10 I get the following error message even though I looked at “header.php” and can see it contains the proper doctype.

    HTML1527: DOCTYPE expected. The shortest valid doctype is “<!DOCTYPE html>”.

    I manually copied over ALL of the new 1.1.9 to my theme directory and now it displays in IE.

    I have another issue now. You defined this line in style.css but there is no such image.

    background:url(images/back1.jpg) repeat center fixed;

    I am a pest today. Sorry.

    Hi,
    please help me to understand how to make the theme work with IE.

    The page is full blank with the text.

    Hello, guys.

    The IE problem will be resolved in Version 1.2. Sorry for the trouble.
