Theme My Login problem

I’m trying to figure this all out.
I have two sites:
http://www.imhereworld.com
http://seattle.imhereworld.com

The second one is a multsite of the first one.
I am using Theme MyLogin. It’s not network activated so I can make changes on different sites.

On seattle.imhereworld.com, after I login, I get the following:
0 Dashboard
0 Profile
0 Log Out.

on http://www.imhereworld.com, after I login, I am logged in, but I end up back at the login page. This is on my Windows 7 machine using Google Chrome. If I look at it on my iPad, it looks like seattle.imhereworld.com.

Also, on a different site, when I used Theme My Login, I had the extra field:
0 Register

I can’t figure out how I got it and how to apply it to these sites.
